How can Africans assure individual, collective freedom while engaging in nation building?                         How can Africans assure their dignity, conservation of their values, and ways of life, yet    achieve development across all social and economic spheres?                         How do Africans sustain population growth without compromising on democratic values?                         How do Africans ensure political, socio-economic transformation, enhance modernism and participate on the global economy without the cloak of neo-colonialism, invasive China, divisive religious profession, terrorism and corruption?                         Where are the voices of freedom against bigotry and nepotism and cronyism?                         Where is the institution against the need to pay a bribe before opening a business?   Papers are invited that deal with freedom and self-determination writ large.
